The people (companies) who develope the games are the wholesale suppliers in most cases. From there you can become a distrubtor. You will need some sort of retail store and apply for licensing to distribute the games. Oh yeah you need to to have a business license.
According to law on the books right now you don’t need to pay the original Author, developer, or creator, for used games that are for resale, previousdly used games. That’s how stores like Gamestop get away with it.

Stores like GameStop, Walmart, Best Buy, are all distributers that buy wholesale. You can do it like I said, If you’re licensed and buy mass quantities of games.
